The paint works only with the 3% SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM oxidizing emulsion.

Features:

• Does not contain ammonia and ethanolamine, classical alkalis in the composition of the paint are replaced by a functional analogue - development of a new generation - revolutionary agent, the use of which made it possible to reduce the percentage of oxidation pigments in the composition of the paint, thereby reducing the possible risk of an allergic reaction.
• This type of alkalizer instantly reacts, acting as an accelerator of the oxidation process, which allows the paint to instantly appear on the skin and hair. Thus, a specialist can immediately correct the shape of the eyebrows, if necessary.
• The composition of the paint has no analogues, the hydrogen index (pH) of the finished coloring mixture is 7. Eyebrow dye "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line - is the FIRST BROWN DYE with a neutral pH, which does not injure hairs and does not dry out the skin.
• The paint has a high resistance index due to the content of the patented component Heliogenol™ by Sederma (France), which protects the color from fading and the hairs from UV rays.

How to use:

Mix the eyebrow dye "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line with an oxidizing emulsion 3% in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container using the measuring spoon included in the kit. If there is a need to give the color of the main paint palette additional depth and greater saturation or to create a new shade, use the Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster concentrate by ELAN professional line in the color 06 INDIGO or 07 ORANGE according to the mixing proportion:

Eyebrow dye (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = color mixture (100%)

Attention! The more booster concentrate is used, the closer the final shade will be to the color of the booster (blue or orange).

Apply the coloring mixture to the eyebrows. Depending on the desired result, leave the color on for 5-10minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, wash off the remaining coloring mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
