Payment and delivery

Free shipping via Ukrposhta* within Ukraine for orders over 2000 UAH, and via Nova Poshta within Ukraine for orders over 5000 UAH.

The minimum order amount on the website is 500 UAH. For full prepayment, the minimum order amount is 300 UAH.

Payment:

After placing an order on the website, our manager will contact you via the messenger provided by you and provide payment details. Cash on delivery is possible for orders over 500 UAH, placed with delivery by Nova Poshta within Ukraine with a prepayment of 200 UAH, and with agreement to pay the balance exclusively in cash at the post office. Cash on delivery is not available for orders delivered by Ukrposhta.

Delivery:

Orders are shipped daily, except on public holidays. If payment is received by 14:00, the shipment will be made on the same day, even if it is Saturday or Sunday.

1) Within Ukraine by transportation companies:

- Nova Poshta. Delivery at the buyer's expense, for orders over 5000 UAH with full prepayment — at our expense.

- Ukrposhta. Delivery at the buyer's expense, for orders over 2000 UAH with full prepayment — at our expense.

2) Pickup: Poltava city.

3) International delivery is carried out by the transportation company «‎Ukrposhta»‎ after full payment of the order and delivery. Our store manager will help you calculate the shipping cost when placing an order and will provide a tracking number for tracking your order.
