WowBrow Saline Solution is designed to cleanse and degrease hairs and skin, as well as to cleanse them of micro debris before eyebrow coloring.
This stage of cleansing and degreasing contributes to more effective and durable eyebrow coloring with dye or henna: the pigment lays down evenly, without streaks or spots, lasts longer on the hairs and skin of the eyebrow, and is more resistant to washing out and fading in the sun.
How to use: Apply a few drops of WowBrow saline solution to a cotton pad or cotton swab and wipe the eyebrow areas before coloring.
