El cuidado diario de la piel es la clave del éxito

Key Elements of Daily Skin Care:

    • Dual-phase cleansing (foaming or gel cleanser, toner).
    • Moisturizing cream (hyaluronic acid, peptides, moisturizing cream/skin care cream).
    • Protection (use products with SPF).
    • Thermal water can be used for additional hydration in the summer. In winter, take good care of your skin and perform a gentle at-home acid peeling.

    Gel or Foam Cleanser

These products should be used regardless of your skin type (the difference lies in the ingredients). Gel or foam cleansers are excellent cleansing agents, and they should be applied to the skin twice a day, in the morning and evening. Do not skip this ritual if you want to have well-groomed and beautiful skin.

    Serum or Emulsion

After cleansing, apply a serum to your skin (this should also be done twice a day). Both of these products can work wonders—enhancing the effects of your regular cream, increasing hydration, adding radiance, and evening out skin tone.

    Face Mask

It is recommended to use a face mask 1-2 times a week, depending on your skin type. The amount of product should be such that the entire face is covered with a thin even layer (avoid the eye and lip area—these are delicate and sensitive areas that shouldn't be disturbed or stretched every time). After 10-15 minutes, you can rinse off the mask with warm water and pat your face dry with a paper towel or wait for water droplets to dry naturally.

    Eye Cream

Apply a specialized eye cream to the skin around your eyes in the morning and before bed. The amount for each use should be about the size of a pea. When applying the cream, avoid pulling on the skin, as this can exacerbate the issue. Apply the product very gently and leave it until fully absorbed.
