ELAN Oxidizer 1%

The 1% Oxidizer is specially formulated to mix with ÉLAN Brow Gel Tint in a 1:1 ratio.

The oxidizer provides a soft coloration of the hairs, leaving a clear and long-lasting imprint on the skin. The new Brow Gel Tint series has a rarer texture, suitable for coloring eyebrows after bleaching and lamination.

AQUA, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, GLYCERIN, CETEARETH-20, PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM, ETHYLHEXYL STEARATE, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNEL OIL, HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN, CETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE, SODIUM STANNATE, TETRASODIUM PYROPHOSPHATE, DISODIUM EDTA, CITRIC ACID, PHOSPHORIC ACID, SODIUM CARBONATE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE.

Instructions on how to use Elan Brow Gel Tint:

1. Preparing for the brow tinting procedure: use ELAN DETOX Mousse to cleanse the hairs and skin before the brow tinting procedure. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Creating the shape of eyebrows: to build the shape of eyebrows, using any tool convenient for this purpose.
3. Приготовление окрашивающей смеси: смешать в неметаллической емкости ГЕЛЬ-КРАСКА ДЛЯ БРОВ с ОКИСЛИТЕЛЕМ 1% в пропорции 1:1.
   IMPORTANT: The color of the dye may change from light brown to black as a result of contact of the product with air after opening the package. This is normal for the colorants included in the composition, and does not affect the result of eyebrow coloring or the reproducibility of this result when periodically using the same composition of the coloring mixture.
4. Eyebrows coloring: apply the dye on the eyebrows according to the built form. Exposure time - 5-15 minutes (depending on the desired result). After the exposition is over, wash off the paint with a cotton disk moistened with water or ELAN DETOX-MUS. If mousse is used, remove the foam residue with a cotton disk moistened with water.
   IMPORTANT: if the color has fallen outside the desired shape, it must be removed immediately with a cotton pad moistened with water or ELAN Tonic Remover (NOCOLOR or Smart Skin COLOUR REMOVER or Skin Colour CREAM REMOVER), preventing the color from drying on the skin.
5. Tocomplete the eyebrow coloring procedure: apply ELAN COLOUR FIX Color Fixing Fluid to the eyebrows to consolidate the result.
