ELAN Cosmetic pigment "COLOR DROP" Neon Pink

ELAN COLOR DROP is an innovative pigment concentrate for coloring eyebrow and hair cosmetics. It is used to emphasize visual aspects: the area and technique of application, the amount of product used. It does not stain the skin and hairs.

The pigments contained in COLOR DROP allow achieving high brightness and color saturation of the product without affecting the color of the skin and hair. The pigment concentrate also does not affect the consistency, properties and smell of the cosmetic product to which it is added. It has a light characteristic aroma, as it does not contain perfume fragrances.

How to use: Shake COLOR DROP before use. Add 1-2 drops of the pigment concentrate (depending on the desired color saturation) to the cosmetic product immediately before application. Mix thoroughly, using a blending palette and a brush if necessary. Follow the instructions of the product to which the pigment concentrate is added.
