Return Policy
We understand that issues may occasionally occur with an order.
That’s why we are committed to resolving return or exchange requests quickly and transparently.
We accept returns of products with defects within 14 calendar days of receipt by the customer.
Return shipping costs for such returns are covered by the customer.
Refunds are issued by bank transfer within 5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
Legal basis
Beauty Master follows the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” regarding returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality.
The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994 (Annex No. 3) also applies and contains a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return (exchange) in stores, namely:
- Perfumery and cosmetic products;
- Personal hygiene products;
- Manicure and pedicure tools and other items not present in the Beauty Master assortment.
Note: all perfumery and cosmetic products are included in this list.
Conditions and return terms
We will accept returns of goods of proper quality that are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt by the customer, provided that:
- the item has not been used and shows no signs of wear or consumption (scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.);
- the item is fully complete and the original factory packaging is preserved;
- all labels and factory markings are intact;
- the item retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.
Return procedure
If you received a product of improper quality (e.g., a manufacturing defect):
- Take photos (or a short video) clearly showing the damage or defect.
- Photograph the packaging and label with the batch number / expiration date / batch code.

Our manager will contact you to confirm the return.
Funds are refunded by bank transfer to the customer’s details within 5 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.
We recommend checking the integrity of the goods upon receipt from the carrier.
An item cannot be returned after a single use or if the packaging is damaged.
Claims regarding appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery or pickup.
Additional information
A product of improper quality is an item that does not meet the stated characteristics.
The product description on the website must correspond to the item received.
Differences in appearance or design elements from the photos on the site are not signs of improper quality.
Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.
