The peculiarity of mixing the 3% oxidizing emulsion and the "Deep Brow Tint" eyebrow dye by TM ELAN professional line is that the hydrogen pH of the finished coloring mixture is 7.

"Deep Brow Tint" is the FIRST BROWN COLOR with a neutral pH, which does not injure hairs and does not dry out the skin.
