It can be used in several directions at once: both for the LIGHTENING of the CONSOLIDATED MELANIN and for the REMOVAL OF COSMETIC PIGMENT, which makes it a very versatile, effective and at the same time very economical tool in the work of the master.

How to use:

1. Mix 1 part of powder-liberator with 2 or 3 parts of oxidizing emulsion 1,9% or 3% (depending on the chosen technique), apply the mixture to the eyebrows.
2. Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result.
3. Using Lovely Brows TM sulfate-free shampoo, cotton pad and water, thoroughly remove any residue.
