Permanent cream paint helps to get the effect of a tattoo and demonstrates high durability: on the skin up to 10 days, on hairs up to 40 days.

How to use:
- degrease the skin with OKIS BROW eyebrow and eyelash shampoo
- mix the cream color with an oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container 1: 1
- Apply the coloring mixture evenly to the eyebrows
- After 15 minutes, wash off with OKIS BROW Color Fixer
