OKO STEP 2 FIX&VOLUME is the second step of lash lamination or long-term eyebrow styling. The composition has an acidic environment. Composition No. 2 neutralizes the effect of the first composition, restores disulfate bonds, the hair on the eyes becomes stronger and firmer, fixes the given shape. The product has a convenient texture for work, allowing you to make a lining both lying down and sitting.
Step 2 Fix & Volume hold time:
- fine hairs 5-7minutes
- normal hairs 8-10minutes
- dense, thick hairs 11-12minutes
