 ALENA TOFIL STARTINT 25 GLAMOUR is a professional matte, waterproof cream-powder eye shadow tint that combines the properties of eye shadow, a long-lasting primer, and a color base.

 STARTINT eyeshadows can be used on their own as eyeshadow or to set dry eyeshadow on the eyelid. The tint prevents eyeshadow from shifting on the eyelids and locks it in place on the eyelid skin (it doesn’t crease into the eyelid fold).

 It is recommended to apply the tint eyeshadow to clean skin, without concealer, foundation, or serum, and without mixing it with other similar products; only then will maximum longevity be achieved.
