A Y-shaped plastic applicatorfor quickly placing eyelashes onto silicone curlers during a bio-perm. Reduces application time to 1.5 minutes.
The applicator has two working surfaces:
- the first is equipped with fine teeth and allows you to grasp the eyelashes from the root to the very tips and attach them parallel to one another;
- the second has a completely smooth surface for pressing the eyelashes more firmly against the curlers, applying the solution, and removing the eyelashes from the curlers.
