How to use ELAN FLASH TINT 15 SWEET CARAMEL:

1. Clean the eyebrow skin and hairs with a degreaser. Make sure the skin is dry and not irritated.
2. Apply ELAN FLASH TINT 15 Sweet Caramel in a thin layer over the shape of the eyebrows. You can use a stencil if necessary.
3. Dwell time:
   5-7 minutes - for a light shade,
   up to 15 minutes for a rich result.
4. Remove any residue with a damp cotton pad or water. Do not use soap.
5. Do not wash your face or apply products to the color area for 24 hours for better staying power.

Tip: can be combined with other shades of the FLASH TINT range for a more intense result.
