Flash Tint 12 Black Truffle is designed for eyebrow tinting. Thanks to the innovative formula, depending on the individual characteristics of the client, the paint provides tinting of hairs in 1-15 minutes. It is also perfect for eyebrow coloring after lamination and lightening procedures.

Elan Flash Tint includes a care complex based on hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and collagen, which deeply moisturizes and nourishes skin and eyebrow hairs. In addition, amino acids and argan oil perform a protective function.

Important: the dye does not need the addition of oxidizing emulsion and does not disturb the natural pH level of the eyebrows.
