Oxidant cream oxidant 3% RefectoCil.

An essential component to be used together with the same brand of dye to change or enhance the color of eyelashes and eyebrows.

The cream oxidant is characterized by an easily blendable texture. It provides brilliant color results and is a prerequisite for Blonde Brow RefectoCil (Blonde Paste #0).

The composition of the preparation is enriched with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, which is enough to color the hairs. It includes a vitamin complex that provides nourishment and moisturizing of follicles. Grape seed oil, perilla and jojoba provide strengthening of thin and brittle hairs along the entire length and moisturize dry bulbs.

1 tube is designed for 200 applications.
