ELAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% 30 ml 1 fl oz

Oxidizing emulsion 3.5% is formulated to be mixed with cosmetic products for eyebrow lightening and coloring. Due to the higher percentage of hydrogen peroxide, more free oxygen is released, which lightens the natural melanin in the hairs faster and provides intense coloring.

The oxidizing emulsion from ELAN helps to color even gray and stiff eyebrow hairs. The product can be combined with the following eyebrow coloring and brightening products:

- "Smart Brow Tinting System" author's eyebrow coloring system
- ÉLAN eyebrow gel-color
- ultramarine powder for eyebrow brightening
- carbon eyebrow lightening powder

Instructions for use of ELAN oxidizing emulsion 3.5% for eyebrow coloring:

1. Preparation for tinting: "ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE" should be used to degrease hair and skin before tinting or eyebrow modeling procedures. Remove any residue with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Shaping the eyebrows: build the shape of the eyebrows using any convenient product.
3. Preparation of the coloring mixture: mix the author's eyebrow coloring system "SBTS" or ÉLAN eyebrow gel-color with "Oxidizing emulsion 3.5%" in the proportion 1:1 in a non-metallic container. If you want to give the color of the basic "SBTS" paint palette additional depth and saturation or create a new shade, you should use the corresponding Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0 according to the mixing ratio below:
   Eyebrow dye (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = coloring mixture (100%)
4. Eyebrow tinting: apply the coloring mixture to the eyebrows according to the built up shape. Depending on the desired result, leave the author's eyebrow coloring system "SBTS" for 5-10 minutes, ÉLAN eyebrow gel-color for 5-15 minutes. After the specified time, wash off the remains of the coloring mixture with a cotton disk moistened with water. If the color has gone beyond the expected shape, we recommend removing the excess with a cotton swab soaked in ÉLAN REMOVER.
5. Tocomplete the eyebrow coloring procedure: apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to the eyebrows to fix the result.

How to use ELAN oxidizing emulsion 3.5% for eyebrow brightening:

1. Mix ÉLAN professional line 3.5% oxidizing emulsion with carbon or ultramarine eyebrow lightening powder in a 2:1 ratio (two parts oxidizing emulsion and one part powder).
2. First, you should apply the mixture for lightening on the thicker hairs, and then - using a brush to distribute it over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
3. According to the desired result and thickness of hairs, leave the mixture on the eyebrows for 3-15 minutes.
4. When the desired result is achieved, remove the brightening mixture with a cotton disk moistened with water.
5. If you want to get an even lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
6. To complete the chemical reaction, apply ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a damp cotton pad.
7. To consolidate the result, apply COLOUR FIX fixative fluid containing keratin and sunflower oil to the eyebrow hairs.
   Tint or color your eyebrows if necessary.

Important: after lightening the eyebrow hairs, it is not recommended to perform a standard eyebrow tinting procedure. If you use eyebrow dye and oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio, the hairs will turn black.
