The color works only with oxidizing emulsion 3% SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM.

Features:

• Does not contain ammonia and ethanolamine, classic alkalizers in the composition of the paint are replaced by a functional analog - development of a new generation - revolutionary agent, the use of which allowed to reduce the percentage of oxidation pigments in the composition of the paint, thereby reducing the possible risk of allergic reaction.
• This type of alkalizer reacts instantly, acting as a gas pedal of the oxidation process, allowing the paint to appear instantly on the skin and hairs. Thus, the specialist, if necessary, can immediately correct the shape of the eyebrows.
• The composition of the paint has no analogues, the hydrogen index (pH) of the finished coloring mixture is 7. Eyebrow dye "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line - is the first eyebrow dye with NEUTRAL pH, which does not traumatize hairs and does not dry out the skin.
• The paint has a high index of durability due to the content of patented component Heliogenol™ by Sederma (France), which protects the color from fading and hairs from UV rays.

How to use:

Mix "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line eyebrow paint with oxidizing emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:1 in a non-metallic container, using the measuring spoon included in the kit. If there is a need to give the colors of the basic paint palette additional depth and more saturation or to create a new shade, use Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster Concentrate TM ELAN professional line in the color 06 INDIGO or 07 ORANGE according to the mixing ratio:

Eyebrow dye (49 %) + oxidizing emulsion (49 %) + booster concentrate (2 %) = color mixture (100 %).

Attention! The more booster concentrate is used, the closer the final shade will be to the booster color (blue or orange).

Apply the dye mixture to your eyebrows. Depending on the desired result, leave the dye on for 5-10 minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, wash off the remaining color mixture with a cotton pad dampened with water.

Shade: 05 SPISY warm brown - deep warm brown.
