NEW ultramarine powder for lightening eyebrows

NEW FORMULA Ultramarine Powder by ELAN is designed specifically for lightening eyebrow hairs.

The powder contains a conditioning liquidum complex that provides maximum protection and care for eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure, as well as gives the lightening mixture elasticity for more comfortable application. Neutralizing ultramarine pigments reduce the likelihood of unwanted yellow tint on the bleached hairs.

How to use:

LIGHT technique: lightening eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones (without further toning)

1. Mix "NEW FORMULA Ultramarine Brow Lightening Powder" by ELAN professional line with 3% oxidizing emulsion by ELAN professional line in a 1:3 ratio (one part of powder and three parts of oxidizing emulsion).
2. At the first stage of the procedure, apply the lightening mixture to thicker hairs, at the second stage - spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows using a brush.
3. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture on for 1-3 minutes.
4. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the lightening mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. If you need to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
   

INTENSE technique: lighten eyebrow hairs by 3-5 tones

1. Mix "Ultramarine Powder for Brow Lightening NEW FORMULA" by ELAN professional line with Oxidizing Emulsion 3% by ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:2 (one part of powder and two parts of oxidizing emulsion).
2. At the first stage of the procedure, apply the lightening mixture to thicker hairs, at the second stage - spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows using a brush.
3. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture on for 5-15 minutes.
4. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the lightening mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. If you need to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
