GOOCHIE Secondary Anesthesia AUXILIARY COLORANT A21 Black (an updated version of the popular GOOCHIE blue anesthetic) is a powerful, premium-grade secondary anesthetic designed specifically for microblading and permanent makeup procedures on the eyebrows and lips. The product guarantees maximum comfort for the client, providing deep pain relief lasting 2 to 4 hours. The product not only effectively blocks pain but also acts as a hemostatic agent: it effectively stops the flow of blood and lymph and instantly reduces swelling of the damaged skin, which significantly alleviates discomfort. One vial (10 ml) is sufficient for approximately 20 permanent makeup procedures.

The product has a liquid consistency and is used as a secondary anesthetic (applied to skin that has already been damaged during the procedure for additional pain relief).

Storage tip: To preserve the product’s perfectly clear texture, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator. Immediately before use, simply warm the vial in your palms.

How to use GOOCHIE A21 black secondary anesthesia:

Warning: Before use, be sure to test the product on a small area of the client’s skin to rule out a possible allergic reaction to the product’s ingredients.

1. Apply the anesthetic in a thin, even layer to the already damaged area of skin.
2. Cover the treated area with plastic wrap (apply a compress) and leave it on for 8–10 minutes.
3. Carefully remove the compress. It is important to note that the anesthetic begins to take full effect 20 minutes after the film is removed.
4. After this time, the treated skin will take on a characteristic pale hue—this indicates that the product is fully active and the area is ready for the next step of the procedure.
