How to use:

1. Cut a piece of thread up to a meter long, connect the ends of the thread to make a ring.
2. Stretch the ring between your hands, cross the threads to form a figure eight. Repeat up to 15 times to create a noticeable twist.
3. Spreading your fingers, alternately widen and narrow each of the rings of the figure of eight. Make sure that the twist between the rings captures the hairs in the right areas.
