OKIS BROW Permanent Cream Color helps to create a powdery eyebrow effect. It provides a denser color and long-lasting color on the skin. The color holds its shape well, does not spread when applied to the hairs, and makes it easy to draw graphic lines.

It is an ideal solution for problematic eyebrows (pinched eyebrows, stunted, bald, with congenital hair defects). It has a pleasant aroma and light texture.

Demonstrates high resistance: on the skin up to 10 days, on hairs up to 40 days.

Coloring:

• Cold Blond is the lightest in the palette, has a cold temperature, and is ideal for ashy blondes. If you need to darken it, add 20% Gentle Brown. It is also ideal for diluting any of the colors in the palette. Cold Blond and Not Brunette will also be a good mix for girls with brown hair color.
• Deep Black is a color that is not used in its pure form for eyebrow coloring. It is suitable for coloring eyelashes (1-2 minutes). It is also ideal for darkening other shades or making the color cooler.
• Gentle Brown is a warm color of medium intensity. Perfect for red-haired girls and warm blondes. Gentle Brown is responsible for brightness and maximum durability in the color line. The more it is added to the mix, the brighter and warmer the color will be.
• Hot Brunette is a dark rich brown color. Suitable for warm brunettes and brown-haired women. If you need to make the color colder, then you need to add Deep Black for brightness, or Cold Blond for a softer brown shade.

Degrease the skin with OKIS BROW Eyebrow and Eyelash Shampoo, mix the cream color with the oxidizer in a non-metallic container in a 1:1 ratio. Gradually apply the coloring mixture to the eyebrows, hold for 1 minute to 15 minutes. After that, wash off with OKIS BROW color fixer. The exposure time can be varied from 1 to 15 minutes. The exposure time (up to 15 minutes) allows the technician to apply the color with perfect lines and a thick layer.
