OKIS BROW 3% Oxidizer is an indispensable component for professional eyebrow coloring. It contains a 3% aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, which helps to open up the color pigments in the cream color and provides rich and long-lasting color.

It has a white, creamy texture and contains ingredients that moisturize and protect the skin from possible irritation.
