How to use:
- degrease the skin with OKIS BROW eyebrow and eyelash shampoo.
- mix the cream color with the oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container 1:1.
- Gradually apply the coloring mixture to the eyebrows.
- After 15 minutes, rinse off with OKIS BROW Color Fixer.
