How to use 3% oxidant for OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H20:

1. Shake the bottle well before use! Mix OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O with Cream Oxidant 3% of the H2O series in a plastic or glass container. Depending on how rich or light a result is desired, the mixing proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3.
2. Apply the paint to the eyebrows in the chosen coloring technique. With layer-by-layer coloring techniques, we recommend applying the first layer as thin as possible and repeating the application 2-3 times.
3. Dry the dye on the eyebrows and rinse off. The dye should be left on the eyebrows for 6-15 minutes.
4. Rinse off the dye with a damp cotton pad.
