Method of application: immediately before dyeing, mix the dye and RefectoCil Oxidant to a creamy state. Apply the color with a special wand to the eyelashes until they are completely colored. Then apply the same color or a lighter shade to the eyebrows in the direction of their growth. Exposure time: 5-10 minutes, depending on the required intensity of the shade. After the exposure time is over, gently remove the excess color with a dry cotton swab. Then, using water and cotton wool, remove the remaining paint.
