Thuya VEGAN Neutralizer cream 15 ml

Thuya Vegan Cream Neutralizer is the 2nd stage in the procedure of eyebrow lamination and eyelash bio-curling, necessary to fix the shape of the hairs after opening the cuticle with a permanent gel.

Its creamy texture prevents dripping, making application easier, more comfortable, and safer. Gives the desired shape to the eyelashes/eyebrows, creating the perfect look. Easy to apply and economical in consumption. It is well combined with THUYA eyelash curler.

The formula of the neutralizer has been changed - the original ingredient of animal origin has been removed, but its main function has been preserved. Thus, a completely vegan product of the same quality and effectiveness was obtained.
