Instructions for use of Binacil cream oxidizer:

Clean the area of eyebrows and eyelashes from makeup and other impurities.
Mix BINACIL paint with oxidizer in the following proportion:
for eyelashes: 1 cm of paint + 5 drops of 3% BINACIL oxidizer.
For eyebrows: 2 cm of paint + 10 drops of 3% BINACIL oxidizer.
Mix the mixture thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Apply the mixture with a brush or applicator, distributing it evenly over the hairs.
Leave it on: on eyebrows for 5-10 minutes, on eyelashes - 2 minutes.
Rinse gently with warm water or remove with a damp cotton pad.
