How to use ELAN 03 BLACK eyebrow dye:

1. Cleanse the skin and eyebrow hairs with ÉLANDETOX-MOUSSEdetox mousse .
2. Prepare the mixture by mixing the dye with 2% or 3.5% oxidizing emulsion in a 1:1 ratio.
3. If you want to add depth to the color, use a booster concentrate.
4. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows, observing the desired shape.
5. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then remove the color with a damp cotton pad.
6. Use ÉLANCOLOUR FIXto fix the result .
