ELAN Oxidizer 3% 30 ml

The oxidizer is intended for mixing with cosmetic products for eyebrow coloring and lightening of TM ELAN professional line:

• "ÉLAN" Eyebrow Gel Color with Oxidizer;
• Ultramarine powder for eyebrow lightening.

IMPORTANT! Oxidizing agent 3% can be
be used exclusively with the above products. It is not recommended to use the oxidizer in combination with eyebrow colors or eyebrow lightening products from other manufacturers.

PRECAUTIONS:

Before use, perform an allergy test: mix 2 drops of gel color/small amount of powder and oxidizer, apply the mixture to a small area of the skin of the elbow bone 48 hours before use. If no redness, swelling, or irritation appears on the skin, proceed with the eyebrow coloring or lightening procedure.

Contains hydrogen peroxide. Wear protective gloves. Do not use metal objects while using the product. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to the components of the product. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with water. Consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use on open wounds.

AQUA, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, LAURETH-2, CETEARETH-20, GLYCERYL STEARATE, PEG-100 STEARATE, POLYSORBATE 20, PHOSPHORIC ACID, PENTASODIUM PENTETATE.

Depending on the procedure, use 3% oxidizer TM ELAN professional line in the following proportions:

ELAN Eyebrow Gel Color with Oxidizer:

• mix the gel color with the oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.

Ultramarine powder for eyebrow lightening:

• Lighten eyebrows using the LIGHT technique (lighten eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones): mix ultramarine powder with an oxidizing agent in a 1:3 ratio (one part of powder and three parts of oxidizing agent).
• Lighten eyebrows using the INTENSE technique (lighten eyebrow hairs by 3-5 tones): mix ultramarine powder with an oxidizing agent in a 1:2 ratio (one part of powder and two parts of oxidizing agent).
