IN LEI oxidizer does not change the pH of the dyes, providing an intense and deep color, acting very delicately on the structure of the hairs.

How to use:
Mix IN LEI dye with In Lei 1.5% 5 VOL paint oxidizer in proportions one to one. A little more oxidizing agent gives us a more dilute composition, resulting in a lighter tone and vice versa.
