Professional powder-decolorizer DE:CO Powder is a 2-in-1 powder designed to lighten your own melanin and remove accumulated artificial pigment from eyebrow hairs of all types.

When mixed with an oxidizing emulsion (1.8 and 3%), it forms a homogeneous, creamy consistency that is easily distributed over the hairs and does not spread. The product works very delicately: it evenly and gently lightens both natural hairs and removes excess artificial pigment.

The complex based on milk proteins, which is part of the composition, protects the structure of the hairs during lightening or removal of artificial pigment.

How to use:

Mix the powder with ZOLA oxidizer (1.8% or 3%) in a 1:2 ratio, apply the mixture to the eyebrows, leave for 3-20minutes, depending on the desired result. After the required time, rinse off the remaining powder with ZOLA Eyebrow Shampoo.
