How to use:
composition-neutralizer is used to create a new direction of eyebrow hairs. Check the hairs from root to tip, make sure there are no fractures and lay out in the desired direction. Apply the product to the eyebrows with a microbrush, microbrush or brush. The exposure time is from 7 to 12 minutes. Remove the component with a dry cotton disk. Go over the eyebrows with a damp cotton pad in the direction of the hairs. Dry the eyebrows before applying the next preparation.
