FLEXI LINE BROW FIXING #2 is the second formulation for eyebrow lamination, which gives the hairs the necessary direction without drying them out.
It contains panthenol and also contains arginine to restore the structure of the hairs. Caprine/caprylic triglyceride maintains natural moisture levels and prevents oxidation of the constituent. Stable direction from fine to stiff and hormonal hair while preserving natural moisture.

How to use: composition-neutralizer is used to create a new direction of eyebrow hairs. Check the hairs from root to tip, make sure there are no fractures and lay out in the desired direction. Apply the product to the eyebrows with a microbrush, microbrush or brush. The exposure time is from 7 to 12 minutes. Remove the component with a dry cotton disk. Go over the eyebrows with a damp cotton pad in the direction of the hairs. Dry the eyebrows before applying the next preparation.
