VILMY Moisturizing serum 3S SHINE / MOISTURIZING SERUM 1.5 ml

VILMY 3S SHINE/MOISTURIZING SERUM is the third stage of the 4S lamination procedure for eyebrows and eyelashes. The serum contains vegan vegetable keratin, hyaluronic acid and panthenol.

VILMY Moisturizing Serum has a double effect: it nourishes and restores eyebrow and lash hairs, giving healthy shine and volume to each hair, and is also used to easily remove glue residue. It has a gel-like consistency of a serum with a transparent color.

• VEGETABLE KERATIN (Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein) is a blend of vegan amino acids of natural origin that replaces classic keratin of animal origin. It keeps eyelashes and eyebrows in perfect condition, increasing moisture and elasticity.
• HYALURONIC ACID - restores the water level inside the hair structure for a moisturizing effect that reaches deep into the structure of eyelashes and eyebrows! Its properties will also affect the growth of hairs, giving them softness and shine.
• PANTHENOL is a vitamin that moisturizes and brightens eyelashes due to its ability to retain water.

Apply the moisturizing serum evenly and comb the eyebrows/eyelashes in the direction of hair growth. Leave on for 3-5 minutes, do not rinse! Remove excess product with a dry cotton pad.
