ELAN BROW D-COLOR 2.0 Expert Eyebrow Dye Remover Emulsion 1

BROW D-COLOR 2.0 Expert System effectively removes rich, dark artificial pigment accumulated in the eyebrow hairs without affecting the natural pigment.

Important: Use Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 only in a 1:1 ratio. Emulsions cannot be used separately or replaced by other products.
