ELAN FIX ELIXIR is a fixing serum for eyebrow care. It has a regenerating, conditioning and protective effect. Performs the function of an eyebrow gel - it helps to lay the hairs in the desired direction, has a medium degree of fixation.

The serum from ELAN contains a component from ELAYA RENOVA™ olive stem cells and panthenol, which help moisturize eyebrow hairs and restore their protein structure. The product also protects against the negative effects of UV rays.
