Conditions for returning goods

The Beauty Master company is guided by the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" in matters of return and exchange of goods of good quality.

Here - the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 03.19.1994 (in addition No. 3 - a list of goods of good quality that cannot be returned (exchanged) to the store). Namely

  • Perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • Personal hygiene products;
  • Tools for manicure and pedicure and other products not present in the Beauty Master assortment.

Please note that all perfumery and cosmetic products are included in this list.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS

We always try to meet our clients halfway. And we are ready to accept the return of goods of proper quality, for which returns and exchanges are allowed, within 3 days after receipt by the buyer, if:

  • The product was not in use and has no traces of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc .;
  • The goods are fully completed and the original packaging is preserved;
  • All labels and factory markings have been preserved;
  • The product retains its presentation and consumer properties.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you received a product of inadequate quality (for example, found a manufacturing defect) - the exchange or return procedure is as follows:

  • Take a photo (shoot a video) with the place of damage / defect / marriage;
  • Take a photo of the package / label with batch number / expiration date / batch code;

After that, our manager will contact you.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the details specified by the buyer. Refunds take on average up to 5 business days after the returned item is received at the warehouse.

We recommend that upon receipt of the goods in the transport company, check the integrity of the goods in the presence of an employee of the transport company. The product cannot be returned after the fact of at least one-time use or damage to the packaging.

Appearance claims are accepted only at the time of delivery or receipt of the goods from the transport company.

Additional Information
A product containing defects is a product of inadequate quality, which means it does not meet the declared characteristics. The description of the product on the site must match the product received.

The difference in the design from the description and design elements stated on the site is not a sign of inadequate quality.

The colors of the products, depending on the color rendition of your monitor, may differ from the colors and shades on the website.
